Monday through Friday from 4:30PM-Overnight (Starting at $20.00/hr)
JOB DUTIES:
· Mix
· Blend
· Cut molds
· Funnel curds into molds
· Push the product to the gate door to fill molds, at a steady rate.
· Monitor the whey as it drains out the ends of the block forms down the channel and into the tank where it is pumped directly to the Waste Water Treatment
