Maintenance Technician II
What does a Maintenance Technician II do? The Maintenance Technician works with minimal supervision and ensures facilities are kept in good repair and working order. Duties include rough carpentry, painting, and basic equipment or facility repairs. All carpentry, electrical work, or simple plumbing repairs are performed under supervision by qualified personnel.
