Parent & Child Swim (Baby & Me) is a gentle, playful introduction to the water for infants and toddlers alongside a parent or caregiver. This class focuses on water comfort, safety, and connection. Through songs, guided activities, and supported movement, children begin to explore the water while building trust and confidence with the security of their parent right beside them. Parents learn how to safely support their child in the water, introduce basic skills like blowing bubbles and floating, and practice safe entries, exits, and water awareness. This is less about ?learning to swim? and more about creating a positive, joyful relationship with the water from the very beginning. Perfect for children ages ~6 months to 3 years (adjust based on your program).

Release Your Fear of the Water is a supportive, small-group swim experience designed for adults who feel nervous, anxious, or uncomfortable in the water. Through gentle, step-by-step guidance, participants begin with the foundations of water acclimation?learning to breathe, float, and move with greater ease and confidence. This program focuses on building trust in your body, understanding buoyancy, and developing essential water safety skills in a calm, judgment-free environment. Whether you?re brand new or returning after years away, this is a space to move at your own pace and begin feeling safe in the water.
Stage 1: Water Acclimation is the starting point for young swimmers to build comfort and confidence in the water. In this stage, children learn foundational skills such as blowing bubbles, submerging their face, floating with support, and safely entering and exiting the pool. They are gently introduced to movement in the water through guided activities that build trust, body awareness, and basic safety skills. This level is perfect for beginners or swimmers who are still becoming comfortable putting their face in the water and moving independently.
