Gentle, water classes designed to reduce joint pain, improve flexibility, and support everyday movement. These low-impact workouts use the natural buoyancy and resistance of water to help you move comfortably, build strength, and enjoy greater mobility Developed by Izumi Tabata this workout (offered both in the pool and in the Group Exercise schedule) is a high intensity interval training that consists in rounds, each lasting from 20 or more seconds of high intensity exercises followed by a brief rest. The structure is designed to maximize calorie burn and improve resistance.

These classes are wellness-based, staying true to the tradition of Viniyoga. The Chinese zodiac assigns an element and an animal to each year, and each Lunar New Year brings a change in the year?s symbolism. 2026 is the year of the Fire Horse! In this class, we will celebrate everyone?s distinct element and animal corresponding to their year of birth. Come paint a beautiful piece based on yours with ink and watercolor! Woodworking for Kids at Fulton County YMCA
Give your young maker the chance to learn real woodworking skills in a safe, guided, and hands-on setting. Kids will practice measuring, sanding, hammering, and assembling simple projects that teach patience, creativity, and the satisfaction of building something with their own two hands. Women's Basketball League at Fulton County YMCA
Stay active, compete, and have fun in our Women's Basketball League! Players will enjoy organized games in a friendly yet competitive environment that emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and fitness. Teams play weekly games with referees provided, and standings are tracked throughout the season leading up to playoffs. 13-week season. Capture a beautiful forest sunset with watercolor and ink! Capture the long shadows and sunlit swaths of a winter woods in late afternoon with watercolor washes, then add trees, buildings, boulders, etc. with a variety of ink pens.
