The department head position has responsibility of planning, organizing, directing and managing the operation of the Fulton County Department of Highways and Facilities. The Superintendent is a highly technical administrative and engineering position involving planning and carrying out the County’s highway construction and repair program, maintenance and repair of all County- owned buildings and property.
