Women in the Workforce – Inspiring the Next Generation
Women in non-traditional career fields are invited to participate in our annual Women in the Workforce event, designed to connect local students with female professionals who are thriving in their industries. This engaging experience gives students the opportunity to hear firsthand about career pathways, workplace experiences, and the skills needed to succeed.
The event will take place on Thursday, March 12, from 9:00–11:00 AM at HFM BOCES. Professionals from skilled trades, technology, engineering, manufacturing, public service, and related fields will share insights and serve as role models for students exploring future careers.
