DESCRIPTION:Emulate the art of Liliana Porter!\n\n\n\nInspired by contemporary artist Liliana Porter\, this class will introduce students to the art of flooded assemblage!\n\n\n\nStudents will coat a surface in thickened acrylic paint and arrange various small objects in these pools to create a flooded\, modern aesthetic. Combining mixed media and texture opens the door to exploring all kinds of interesting new forms of art!\n\n\n\nThe finished pieces will need to dry for at least 24 hours\, so we recommend students leave them at the Nigra Arts Center after the class and pick them up at a later date.\n\n\n\n*Center Members receive a 20% discount. Don't forget to enter the promotional code in the registration window! Please be aware that no refunds or exchanges will be issued for classes or events unless it is canceled by the Nigra Arts Center
